These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Listed Models website, content, and membership services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services are operated by IFE education SAS, a French company specializing in financial modeling education programs, registered in France at the Registre de Commerce de Bordeaux under SIREN 825 403 843, with its registered address at 18 avenue Mozart, Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, 33440, France, operating the website institutdefinancedentreprise.com under the Listed Models brand (“Listed Models”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Listed Models is a monthly membership service. New members may start with a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, the membership continues at the then-current monthly price unless cancelled.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
• You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings.
• Cancelling before the end of the trial period means you will not be charged.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to active members.

All content on the Services — including videos, written materials, Excel files, case studies, branding, and code — is owned by Listed Models or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal learning and professional development. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Services.

• Do not share your login credentials with others.
• Do not scrape, copy, or systematically download content from the platform.
• Do not use the content to provide competing commercial training or coaching without permission.

The case studies and models are educational tools designed to help you learn financial modeling. They are not investment advice, nor are they recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listed Models and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bordeaux, France.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
